    FAQ's

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do. We use a third party logistics partner who have their own delivery timelines. You can track your order status based on each shipping airway bill number shared via a Shipping e-mail sent during dispatch. All our garments are made-on-order and take anywhere upto 4-6 weeks to dispatch. Once dispatched, we will send you an email with the relevant details for further follow-up and tracking.

    We are not liable for any delay due to Logistics and only liable for the Date of Dispatch. In some countries Friday are non-business days. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of the courier companies and these vary from country to country.

    Do you accept exchanges or offer a refund?

    We do not refund any orders. The only exception is in case of fabric defect. Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Maintenance

    • All garments have to be dry cleaned from a reliable dry cleaner. They should be experienced to deal with embellished and handloom/organic fabrics.
    • We are not responsible for any color bleeds/ leaks.
    • We recommend you steam iron your garment instead of press iron.
    • Lastly, enjoy them and wear them with love.
